This policy describes how the crew of Monstrosity will communicate with our participants.
The primary sources of information about Monstrosity is our website (including links to documentation but not other websites) and email from monstrosity@sinkingshipcreations.com.
Our secondary source of information is our Discord server. Any official information will be from a producer (whose name is green) or a facilitator (whose name is red).
No other sources of information should be considered official.
The crew maintains a five-business day response time via email. We might get back to you faster, but if you don’t hear back in five days, please email us a reminder.
Any direct messages via Discord will be answered workload permitting, but these tend to get dropped. If it’s important, email us.
Your application will be seen by the producers and the facilitators for your run. If you apply individually, we will also share your name, pronouns and the answers to specific questions with other individuals in your run looking for partners (these questions will be clearly marked).
The company will not share any other personal information about other parties in official communications without consent. We will share your name, pronouns and alcohol preference on the cast list with other participants in your run.
