This is the application for Monstrosity. It will take 10 to 20 minutes, depending on how you answer the questions. If you like, we've created a document where you can write your answers in advance (clicking the link automatically makes your own copy).

If you apply as an individual (i.e. you don't have a partner), the last section, along with your name and email, will be shared with other participants as part of our flagging & partner process.

If you fill out this form when applications are closed, you will be added to the waitlist.
